Across29 products are handcrafted and often made to order.
Minor variations in colour, weave, print placement, embroidery, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products:

All sales are final
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and size charts before placing an order.

SECTION 6 – ALTERATIONS & DAMAGES

Minor alterations may be offered at our discretion.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
Verified issues will be resolved through repair or correction only, not refunds.

We do not guarantee that all information on the site is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders where necessary.
