We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Customers are requested to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Alterations

If minor alterations are required, we are happy to assist where feasible.

Alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Any shipping costs related to alterations (to and fro) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Upon verification, we will offer a repair or correction where applicable.
