Refund policy

At Across29, each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted, often made to order using artisanal techniques. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy.


No Returns / No Refunds / No Exchanges

  • All purchases made on Across29 are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

  • Customers are requested to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.


Alterations

  • If minor alterations are required, we are happy to assist where feasible.

  • Alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Any shipping costs related to alterations (to and fro) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@across29.com along with clear images and details.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a repair or correction where applicable.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


Handcrafted Variations

  • All Across29 products are handcrafted.

  • Minor variations in colour, weave, print placement, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and should not be considered defects.
